  • Locally grown food is provided by licensed caterer to the participants and made available for purchase so your friends and family can enjoy as well!
  • Charitable, this non-profit events primary focus is raising money for the Masonic Cancer Hospital located at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

    Transition:
  • Transition is on a paved parking lot within Crosby Memorial Park.
  • Viewable from all sides makes this a perfect family & spectator friendly location.

    Swim:
  • Swim 600 yards in Serpent Lakes with a beach start.
  • The entire 600 yards is very well staffed with volunteers in kayaks, boats, and paddle boards.
  • It is also one of the few triathlons in the state with a buoy line the entire length of the swim!

    Bike: (Large portion repaved in 2012)
  • Bike 16 miles through some of the most scenic areas of the Brainerd Lakes Area.
  • This course has something to ofter everyone from the beginner to the expert.
  • Deceivingly challenging points make this a strategic race for the experts, and its 4 ft shoulders large sections ease the beginner into the open road triathlon.

    Run:
  • The run is a 4 mile Loop.
  • This one time around flat course encompasses city streets and the Cuyuna Lakes Bike Trail.

  • Water, Ice, Locally grown food options, bars, produce, and much more!
