- Swim: .25 mile swim begins and ends at the city beach located on Lake Belle Taine.
- Bike: 14 mile ride on paved roads through scenic countryside. Limited traffic control.
- Run: 5K run on a fast, out-and-back course on the beautiful paved Heartland Trail
