This 5 mile trail course takes place entirely on private land in beautiful central Pennsylvania. It is a 2.5 mile trail run, followed by a 2.5 mile mountain bike, and then a 150 yd lake swim. Then, repeat...as many times as you can in 3 hours! Take breaks when necessary, then start up again! A perfect "first tri" for beginners who are in top shape, and a new challenge for experienced triathletes...trust me. One Ironman competitor even stated that this event was more mentally challenging!
