Race starts on the beach at beautiful Lake Como under the snow-capped Como Peaks. 1500m lake swim with water temps typically mid to upper 60s. Mountain bike ride on forest roads, double track and some single track. Cross bikes are allowed but not recommended. Run around the lake on the beautiful lakeside trail. Some paved but mostly singletrack. Catered lunch and awards after the race. Then swap stories with your fellow racers at the Hamilton Brewfest on your way back through town. $65 solo, $150 for a team; limited to 100 participants total.
Directions:
One hour south of Missoula, MT off of Rt 93.
