2014 Beat Beethoven 5K:
The Annual Beat Beethoven 5k will be held on April 6, 2014 at 9:00am in downtown Fort Collins. The run will begin with Maestro Wes Kenney's baton launching the opening notes of Beethoven's 5th Symphony at the race starting line. The goal is to complete the course before the music ends and therefore "beat" Beethoven (approximately 33 minutes). We welcome all ages and abilities of runners, walkers and music lovers. Proceeds benefit the Fort Collins Symphony's youth education and community engagement programs.
