2014 South Wood County YMCA:
- The 20th Annual South Wood County YMCA Triathlon will consist of a quarter mile lake swim, 14.5 flat & fast bike ride, followed by a 3.7 mile shaded trail/pavement run
- Post race food/beverages available
- Competition shirt available with early registration
- Post race award ceremony for overall age groups & raffle prizes
- Adjacent park, campground and beach areas

- 1/4 mile chilly lake swim in Lake Wazeecha (wet suits allowed)

- Small sandy, uphill run to transition area
- 14.5 mile bike is flat and fast, out and back

- No water stations on bike
- No drafting
- Bike racks located in paved transition area
- 3.7 mile run around the lake is mostly on packed dirt/gravel trail, partially shaded
