Strides for Rides is a benefit run for Alabama SpiritHorse Therapeutic Riding Center at the Mercy Seat. The 5K will be on trails which cross Nolan Creek through beautiful woods going up Autauga Hill. The donation amount of $25 includes breakfast, snack and t-shirt.
