The duathlon will start and finish at the Opelousas General Hospital Medical Complex and consist of a 2 mile run, followed by a 16 mile bike and finish with another 2 mile run.

Directions:
From I-10 go north on I-49 to Opelousas. Exit onto Hwy. 190 East (Baton Rouge exit) and drive about 1/2 mile to the small overpass. Travel over the overpass and take an immediate right to circle under Hwy. 190. Then take first left. Race site (Opelousas General Hospital) is about 1.5 miles on the right.

Opelousas is in south central Louisiana, 24 miles north of Lafayette, and 70 miles west of Baton Rouge
