Everyone can Tri at the Y, join our Tri and have some family fun! First heat starts at 7am, 15 min swim, 15 min bike, 15 min run- furthest cumulative distance wins! Waves will have 5 minute transition between each event. Race solo or as a relay team. Kids tri is also a great event that follows the adult portion of the day and free child care to those pre-registered, the whole family can come!
