Come partake in the Woodruff Family YMCA's Sprint Triathlon on May 11th.
Course Information:
Swim: 300 yards in our beautiful indoor aquatics center.
Bike: 2 loops on a fast, flat road course- 11 miles total.
Run: 3 miles total on an easy out and back flat road.
Directions:
Milford is in southern Connecticut, west of New Haven.
