500 meter swim in the clearest lake waters in Kansas! Then dash out of the water, run up the sand beach to your bicycle to head out for a 34 mile ride in the rolling hills towards Sylvan Grove, KS. The bicycle leg will be an out and back. Once back from the bicycle leg, you will tie up the running shoes and dash out for a 10k run thru the hilly park roads!

Multiple aid stations are available throughout the run and bicycle course. Distances between aid stations and other crucial information is emailed to pre-registered participants. Water is available at the aid stations. Assorted energy food items are also available. Energy items may include fig newtons, hammer gel, Clif Shots, chewy granola bars, bananas, and random home made treats. Restrooms are only located within 400 yards of start/finish/transition area.

This is a fun event! I do not place emphasis on winning First, Second, Third I want to encourage all people to attend Wild Within You events! Novice and experts alike, come on out and challenge yourself!

Electronic timing is not guaranteed at this event. Volunteers make this event possible. If I have enough volunteers to time Transistions, I will do so!!!

Team participation is allowed!

Registration opens at 6:45 am.

Registration closes at 7:30 am.

Racer meeting is at 7:45 am.

Race start is at 8:00 am!

Please Park in DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY! No parking will be allowed in the transisiton area. You must walk/ride/run your gear into the transisiton zone. 

Restrooms are located within 400 yards of the swim beach/transistion zone.
