Clinic runs from February 29 to March 2nd.

The 5 STAR Training Weekend is a 3 day program geared for the triathlete looking to prepare and excel in any triathlon distance from the beginner to the elite.

NOTE: This clinic fills fast! Learn from the BEST coaches in the sport of triathlon.

This training will have a positive and dramatic effect on your triathlon experience. Group work outs will be divided into beginner, experienced and elite. Lactate Testing will be available.

Course Information:

Fee is $250 which includes: Group lectures and one-on-one training; training sessions in swimming, cycling, and running; video taping/analyses of run and swim to take home; technique evaluation and correction; meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch; Gatorade, fruit, snacks and energy bars provided during the weekend; Free entry into 5 STAR triathlon or duathlon event of your choice, great giveaways; and all printed material.
