Armed Forces Day Triathlon ~ Results?

Armed Forces Day Triathlon :
triathlon : Swim 150m, Bike 15 Miles, Run 3.2 Miles

2010 Armed Forces Day Triathlon:

150 meter swim in our facility, racers will then exit our pool doors to the back parking lot where their bikes will be placed.

From there the participants bike for 15 miles ending back at our facility.

Then finishes off with a 5k run (3.1 miles) that will also end back at our facility.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 placers in each age division and gender division!

Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female participants!

Course Information:

The plan is to put the first swimmer in the pool at 8am race day!

Every 15 seconds the next racer will start their swim.

Plenty of water stations available, snack table at the end of the race for the participants!

We will hold our awards ceremony shortly after the last participant has finished.

Each participant will recieve a t-shirt for their participation!

Directions:

From Hwy 63 take Route M exit and go West. When you come to the first street(KWIX rd.) take a right.

The YMCA will be the second building on your right.
