The Kinetic Half is the first half distance event of the season in the mid-Atlantic region.
Course Information:
The swim is cold (64F in 06, 53F in 2007) but not freezing with wetsuits being mandatory for the half. The bike course is outstanding with a mix of rolling and flat with almost all right hand turns on good pavement. There are 3 water bottle handoffs on the course. The run course is 2 loops all inside the park with a lightly rolling terrain.
