    Course Information:

  • The triangular shaped swim course transitions into a 12 mile rolling bike course on rural roads of Spotsylvania county. With only 3 turns outside of the park this really is a fast course.
  • The run course has some rolling terrain and is all inside the park.

  • The water temperature for this event has ranged from 56F-63F. Wetsuits are recommended but not mandatory.
