The Woodlake Triathlon/Duathlon has been the premier Spring triathlon of the Sandhills for most of the past 15 years and has become a Memorial Weekend tradition.

Course Information:

Most of the race takes place within the beautiful gated community of Woodlake in Vass.

The triathlon consists of a 600 yard swim (expected to be wet suit legal) in the 1300 acre lake, a 17.2 mile bike around the hilly perimeter of Woodlake followed by a 3 mile flat, fast run through the quiet community.

If you prefer not to swim, the duathlon offers a challenging Run/Bike/Run combination that is both fun and challenging.

Directions:

US#1 to Vass, 690E 4 miles, Mclaughlin Rd to Woodlake main entrance.
