Indoor Triathlon

Course Information:

  • 10 minute pool swim
  • 10 minute transition
  • 20 minute spin bike
  • 5 minute transition
  • 15 minute treadmill run
  • Winners are determined by total distance.

    • Directions:

  • The RecPlex is off Hwy 165 approximately 1.5 miles east of I-94.
  • The Pleasant Prairie exit is approximately 2 miles north of the Illinois/Wisconsin state line.

    • Other Info:

    RecPlex Triathlon Championship:
  • Championships will be awarded to the best male and female performance over all three 2008 triathlons.
  • Points will accumulate based on race finish compared to the top male or female winner in each race.
  • $150 Gift Checks to the overall male and female winners; certificates to overall age group winners.
  • Note: you must sign up and compete in all three triathlons -- January, March, and April -- to be eligible for the championship.
