Course Information:

  • 1/3 mile swim in clean Eastman Lake
  • 12 mile bike with some hills, out and back
  • 3.1 mile trail run along the lake

    • Directions:

  • From NH Interstate 89, take exit 13, follow signs to Eastman.
  • Once in Eastman, follow the main road (Road Around the Lake) to the South Cove Activity Center (on left).
