  • Sprint and super sprint duathlons held in Sedalia Missouri.
  • The sprint duathlon will have a relay division.

    • Course Information:

  • 2 mile run course includes 2/3 mile on Katy Trail, and about a quarter mile on grass in park.
  • Bike courses are on paved county and state roads. 12.3 mile course is a loop, rolling hills.
  • 5 mile course is out and back, rolling hills.

    • Directions:

  • From intersection of Highway 65 and 32nd Street, go 2 1/2 miles west to Cloverdell Park
