Get ready for the summer racing season! Learn all you need to know about swimming, biking and running in a triathlon.

You will hear from experienced racers and coaches about getting ready for and racing in this multi-discipline sport.

Please bring ALL your race gear, i.e. bathing suit, bike, sneakers, towel, goggles, water bottle.

Clinic will end with a MINI triathlon.

Pack a brown bag lunch.
