2011 Monticello Man Triathlon:
Course Information:
Swim Course
The .9 mile (1500meter) swim will start from the wide beach of Lake Monticello into the breathtakingly, beautiful Lake Monticello and finish back at the beach.
Bike Course
The bike is a 24 mile scenic course mixed with moderately rolling hills and flatter stretches. The last few miles will be a nice overall downhill before you begin the run.
Run Course
The run is a 6.2 mile out and back course in the friendly neighborhood of Lake Monticello. Runners will experience a few relatively flat stretches mixed with multiple short roller coaster style hills. Homeowners will be cheering you on right from their front yards. As you come home into the finish there will be a scenic view of Lake Monticello and a celebration circle of post race food and drinks.
