  • Our sprint triathlon kicks off with a .4 mile swim in the clear waters of Lake Compounce
  • Followed by a exciting 13 mile bike course with fast flats and rolling hills.
  • The run course features an easy 5k with one hill and a fast downhill finish at the gates of Lake Compounce.

  • This fast, fun sprint triathlon is a perfect event for the first-timer and for experienced racers looking for a great race at the end of the season.
