Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon: 1/4 mile swim in Teal Lake, 20k bike north of Negaunee, hilly course, 5k run along the lake, then 2 loops through residential area. - - - Kids Triathlon: 200 ft swim, never over waist deep. 2 mile bike through residential area. Half mile run along the lake. Very flat course. - - -
