2011 Trilanai Offroad Triathlon:
  • The Trilanai Offroad Triathlon will be held on the beautiful secluded Island of Lana'i.
  • The race starts at 9:30am at the Hulopo'e Beach Park.

    • Course Information:


    SWIM:
  • The 12 mile swim course will be a rectangular open ocean course in Hulopoe Bay marked by at two large buoys.
  • The swim begins on the "sweet heart" side of the beach.
  • Water temperature will be approximately 70 degrees. 

    BIKE:
  • The 16-mile mostly off-road course goes through some steep areas and some single track.
  • Use caution at all times.
  • Mountain bikes only.

    RUN:
  • The 4-mile mostly on-road run course leaves the transition area onto a dirt/gravel road and then will be on a private paved road for the majority of the run course.
  • There will be an aid station at the half way mark.
