Course Information:
Swim:
Hambrooks Bay, a protected section of the Choptank River in Great Marsh Park.
Bike:
Scenic, flat and windy terrain of The Blackwater Wildlife Refuge, and utilizing portions of the Ironman 70.3 EagleMan Triathlon course. Roads are flat and pavement is well maintained. Bike start will be at Great Marsh Park, and bike finish will be at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School across town.
Run:
Flat out and back consisting of loops along rural, unshaded roads (Egypt Road)
