Course Information:
Swim will be conducted in 25 yard pool. Participants will stay in his/her own lane for the duration of the swim, 2 competitors per lane.
Run Course is on a paved 1-mile loop trail through Jackson City Park. Course is mostly flat. Race #1 will complete 2 loops of the 1-mile loop trail. Race #3 will detour from the trail straight to the finish arch! The entire run is on black-top, good footing.
