2011 Kids Bike & Run Duathlon:
7-8 years old 1/4 mile run, 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
9-11 years old 1/2 mile run, 2 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
12-14 years old 1 mile run, 3 mile bike, 1/4 mile run

Course Info:

The course is controlled and well supervised by volunteers.
The run will occur around the high school track.
The bike portion on road and trail.

Parents are encouraged to train with the child and welcome to participate in the Tribute Triathlon the next day in Windsor.
