Great sprint triathlon for both veterans and first timers.

Wonderful venue on Lake Michigan - great familty vacation weekend at the beach.

St. Joe/Benton Harbor has fireworks during the weekend and lots of nice places to shop and visit.

Course Information:

Swim is in Lake Michigan and the water temp. will be between 60 and 70 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended! Athletes will swim with the current with a beach start. 200 yard run from the beach finish to the transition.

Bike course is flat with one long uphill at mile 2. Two lane country roads with very little traffic.

Run course is an out and back loop with lots of shade and a few small hills.
