  • Lake Swim: Swimmers will be released in a time-trial format every 3 seconds according to estimated swim finish.
  • Rolling Bike Course: Out and back bike on rolling hills
  • Trail & Road Run Course: Scenic 5k that is run on trails and pavement.
    • Directions:
  • Davenport is in southeastern Iowa
  • 82 miles southeast of Cedar Rapids Iowa on the Illinois Border
  • 10 miles west of Moline Illinois.

  • West Lake Park in Davenport is Just off Interstate 280.
  • Enter through Gate #1.
