The swim will take place in Dierkes Lake. The sprint course will be one lap on the triangle and the olympic race will be two laps.The bike course begins at the park beside the lake and climbs out of the canyon to the flatlands above. It loops around and returns down the canyon to the park. The run course goes around the lake until the back end where it climbs out of the canyon and continues on the flatlands above and returns down the same canyon as the bike course and finishes in the park.Please click on the racesite url for copies of the course maps.- - -

Coming southeast from Boise: Take I-84 to Twin Falls.Exit at the Twin Falls exit, turn right and proceed to Twin Falls (you will go over the Perrine Bridge; impossible to miss).Once in town turn left on Pole Line Rd. Follow it until it turns right and becomes Eastland Ave.Follow Eastland to Falls Ave. Turn left and follow Falls to 3300 N. Turn left and follow into the Canyon to Dierkes Lake. - - - Coming from Pocatello/Utah way: Take I-84 West to second Twin Falls exit. [LI]Follow the same directions as above.[LI] - - -
