The All Womens Triathlon & Duathlon will be held on Saturday, August 1st, and is part of a two-day event that includes the Mid-Summer Triathlon/Duathlon held on Sunday, August 2nd.

Both days will consist of a festival of events including a Sport & Fitness Expo, music, BBQ brunch, prizes, and most of all fun and camaraderie. This event is limited to 1000 participants each day.
