The swim is an ocean swim in the Narragansett Bay.The course is gently rolling course mainly on highways, with one hilly section of scenic Rhode Island thrown in.The 13.1 mile run will have water stops every mile with gatorade at every other stop. Pretzels, Clifbar shot and bananas on course. The run finishes on the beautiful Narragansett Beach with approx. 20,000 people on the beach cheering you on.
