2012 Race the River Triathlon:
Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in this exciting sprint distance triathlon in beautiful Riverstone Park.
This race is expected to sell out quickly.
Limited to 500 participants.

Course Info:

Swim starts ½ mile upstream (trolleys take participants to start), swim is a straight line with the current.
Water temp in the 70’s, wetsuits allowed but not necessary.

Bike course goes through Riverstone Park, onto Seltice Way and back (3 loops).
No tandem or pull carts allowed.
Helmets required.

Run course follows Centennial Trail north to Golf Course Rd.
There will be an aid station with water at the turn around.
Run finishes with a loop around Riverstone Lake in the Park.
Run course is flat.

The 5th Annual Race the River Triathlon at Riverstone will take place on July 29th, 2012.
This sprint distance event features a ½ mile swim with the river’s current, a 11 mile (approx.)flat bike course and a beautiful 3.1 mile run.
This scenic and very fun race is located in Coeur d Alene, ID.
Please note this race sells out early.
