2009 Rapid City Triathlon:
The Rapid City Triathlon will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2009 beginning at the Horace Mann Pool.

Course Info:
|
Participants will swim 800 meters, then bike 20 kilometers and finish the event by running 5 kilometers.

Other Info:

This event is open to individuals in age groups of 13-17, 18-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55 and 56 and over.
Relay Teams can also enter with all females, all males or coed relays where each team member does one leg of the triathlon.
