Swim is out and back in Lake Alvin.
Transistion is in the lower parking lot.
Bike is out and back (south) on black top road with rolling hills.
The run is out and back (north) on black top road that is mostly flat with one gradual hill.

DIRECTIONS TO LAKE ALVIN
Lake Alvin is 4 miles east of Harrisburg on Lincoln county road 110 or 7 miles south of Sioux Falls on highway 11 until you see the sign for Lake Alvin 2 miles east.
$4 per person or a $6 per car will be needed to enter the Lake Alvin parking area or a S.D. State Parks sticker will get you in free. |

There will be a packet pickup at Scheels All Sports store friday June 19 from 4:30 to 8:30.
Late packet pickup,or late registration available the morning of the race at Lake Alvin. Early registration is recommended.
Awards;
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Best of US medals for South Dakota Residents.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for each decade,male and female.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for relay teams of 2 or 3 people. |
