Frost Yer Fanny Duathlon in Austin
The 2009 Frost yer Fanny Duathlon is back for a third year in central Texas in conjunction with the annual SMW Region Conference.

Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 8:00am - Open 5k Run; 9:00am - Duathlon
- - Where:
Williamson County Regional Park, Leander, TX.
For 2009, the race is located in Leander, TX just 10 minutes from the host hotel, the Marriott North Austin.
The conference once again is in Round Rock, Texas, just 15 minutes north of Austin, Texas.
The conference will be held at the Marriott North Austin.

Course Info:

The Bike Course:
The bike course is a DOUBLE LOOP which starts in the park park and goes through nearby neighborhoods and countryside.
There are a few technical areas with sharp turns.
The course is rolling with a couple of long inclines.
There will not be water on the bike road course.
