Both runs are all flat inside the park.
The bike course is out and back with some rolling hills but nothing big.

Directions:
|
From I-5 north or south take EXIT 95 and go east through Maytown. Follow to Tilley road S. and turn left.
Follow to state park entrance and turn right into the park. Follow past the ranger station and campgrounds to kitchen #3.

Lots of postrace food and quality awards.
Showers are available in the campgrounds, bring a towel and a couple of quarters.
