Start with a 1.2 mile open water swim in the calm waters of Oceanside Harbor.
Followed by a tough one-loop, 56-mile bike course that includes the coastal beauty of San Clemente State Park.
Finish with a challenging hald marathon run on the inland hills of Camp Pendleton, and through the coastal neighborhoods of Oceanside.
