Held at Union Grove State Park, the Cornman Triathlon is a relay-style event for individuals as well as teams.

The Swim is a 500M course which is an out and back swim from Union Grove State Park swimming beach.
The Bike is a challenging 14 mile course that will take you around Union Grove Lake, through Iowas scenic country side and then back to the lake.
The Run is a 5k (3.1 mile) loop which includes several small, rolling hills, and one large hill within the confines of the park on paved roads.
