2012 OPC Indoor Triathlon
Individuals or Teams
Saturday, January 21st
ALL AGES WELCOME
Have you ever wanted to do a Triathlon but have not tried it yet? Are you a veteran tri-athlete looking for a fun challenge in the off-season? If so, our Indoor Triathlon is just for you! Swimming will take place in our 25yd lap pool, you will then bike on one of our brand new spinning bikes, and then run on the indoor track. Go at your own pace, we will keep track of your distance!

20 Minute Swim • 20 Minute Bike • 20 Minute Run
Swimming will take place in our 25 yard lap pool. (wetsuits not allowed)
You will then bike on one of our brand new Keiser spinning bikes.
Finsh with a run on the indoor track. - (17.36 Laps = 1 mile)
Go at your own pace, we will keep track of your distance.

Location: Older Persons' Commission, 650 Letica Dr., Rochester, MI 48307
Time: First heat starts at Noon. Please check in 30 minutes before your start time
Distance: 20 minute swim, 20 minute bike, 20 minute run
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, January 11, 2012
Teams: You can sign up as a team (2-3 people). There are no gender restrictions for teams. Each person will compete in one event (swim, bike, or run). If you have only 2 peolpe, one person will compete in 1 event and the other will compete in 2 events.
Individuals: If you sign up as an individual you will compete in all 3 events (swim, bike, run)
Divisions: Teams, Individuals, Male/Female
Age Groups: 17 & Under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards: Medals will be awarded 1st through 3rd place in each age group by gender for individuals. Only the 1st place team in each group will receive medals. Age groups for teams will be determined by taking the average of all team members.
