Joining our annual Half Distance Triathlon and Aquabike in 2009 is the new Olympic Distance Triathlon and Aquabike.
Relay teams are encouraged for either distance. |

Swim downstream in the Snake River to Riverside Park.
The new bike course will accommodate both the Half and Olympic distance athletes.
Finish with a run that has both dirt trails and country roads to enjoy and is easy on your legs. |

The VikingMan is held in conjunction with, Skandidag, a two day folk festival with food, vendors, and music. |
