Swim starts ½ mile upstream (trolleys take participants to start), swim is a straight line with the current. Water temp in the 70’s, wetsuits allowed but not necessary. - - - - - Bike course goes through Riverstone Park, onto Seltice Way and back (3 loops). No tandem or pull carts allowed. Helmets required. - - - - - Run course follows Centennial Trail north to Golf Course Rd. There will be an aid station with water at the turn around. Run finishes with a loop around Riverstone Lake in the Park. Run course is flat. - - - - - Transition area will be at park entrance- - - - - |
