Course Information:
Swim:
The race will begin with a quarter mile open water swim in Fountain Lake.
- - - Bike:
Triathletes will then transition to a 19.8 mile bike through Albert Lea area country side, fairly flat with some rolling hills, mostly on newly paved roads.
- - - Run:
The event will finish with a 4.2 mile run along scenic Edgewater Park and Fountain Lake, fairly flat and fast course with minimal traffic.
