Distances: 0.62 mile swim, 17.5 mile bike and 3.4 mile run
An event celebrating both able bodied and challenged athletes, from first-time participants and professional triathletes, to wounded warriors and those with disabilities.

The bike course runs through the rolling hills of Howard County, Maryland.
Run:
The run course is located within the Centennial Park grounds and finishes near the water.
