The Kinetic Sprint is one of the early seasons best sprint triathlons. This event has a 9AM start so you can sleep in a little for this one!
Staged out of beautiful Lake Anna State Park this event is easy to get to and has sold out the past 2 years.

The triangular shaped swim course transitions into a 12 mile rolling bike course on rural roads of Spotsylvania county. With only 3 turns outside of the park this really is a fast course.
The run course has some rolling terrain and is all inside the park.

Water Temperature: We expect the water temperature to be in the mid 60s. - wetsuits are recommended but not mandatory.
