We're excited to announce that Sunapee State Park will once again host a spectacular day of racing in 2012, reminiscent of the days of the Endurance Ironman Sunapee events from the early 90's that famed race director Dave McGillivray and his DMSE staff produced. Sunday September 23 will see three coincidental races kick off. The "70.Three", "35.One" (Intermediate) and "14.One" (Sprint) races will ...begin with a spectacular swim in crystal clear Sunapee Lake. Athletes will then take to the roads that surround the lake for riding and running that will lift the spirit and please the soul with views and vistas that only this region of New Hampshire in early fall splendor can deliver. You've done the "Moose" and the "Timber", the "Patriot", "Cranberry, "Pumpkin" and "Lobster", come now and "Do the Dot", one of the Sunapee Triathlons "Dot" distance races! Registration will open with a discount code you won't want to miss and more details will be coming in November. Stay tuned!

2012 Race Update:RACE CANCELLED: June 14, we made the decision to cancel holding the September 23 scheduled event. Since February, registration entries have been disappointingly slow despite very targeted marketing efforts. We remained hopeful that the trend would reverse itself but it appears that late season long course racing in northern New England just may not be on enough folks minds.
