Great early season test!!
Very Challenging and beautiful bike course with many hills.
Beginning at North Carroll High School in Hampstead, Md, with access to restrooms and heat.

Course Info:

Run:
The 5K is a rolling run with an uphill climb of about 1/4 mile towards the finish.
Bike:
The bike is very challenging and has been lengthened by 4 miles this year.
It has multiple steep climbs and descents to challenge your legs and lungs.
There is a great flat section towards the end of the ride to test your top-end speed and time trialing power.
Run:
Second run is rolling, with the same uphill finish as the 5K.
