Intensive small group instruction for beginners, struggling swimmers or those that want to improve their freestyle for triathlons or for fun. Students will learn a series of Total Immersion based drills that build upon each other to create a more balanced and effortless stroke. The 2 sessions are on consecutive weekends. Includes a personal improvement prescription, video analysis and email, a 12 week training plan.

||If you struggle to swim 500 yards ( 20 lengths) or if your average pace per 100 yards is slower than 2 minutes, this class is for you. If you don't know how to swim freestyle at all, this class is right for you too. We teach everyone the same lessons at the same time so this class works for swimmers of all levels.|
