2012 Urbandale Indoor Triathlon:

  • All activities will be timed and totaled to determine winners.
  • Trophies awarded for 1st place; medals for 2nd and 3rd.

  • Swim and pedal at the Pool (stationary bikes compliments of Bike World).
  • Run at Xpressive Fitness on Star Trac 4500 treadmills (with individual cable TV and 3 speed fans!).
