2012 PT Solutions Cartersville Duathlon:
All participants receive a short-sleeve t-shirt, goody bag, chip timing and plenty of entertainment! There will be plenty of post-event food and healthy snacks to refuel.
Awards:
Overall Awards will be given to the Top 3 Elite Males, Top 3 Elite Females, Top 3 Overall Males, Top 3 Overall Females, Top 3 Master Males (40+), and Top 3 Master Females (40+).
Age Group Awards are given 3 deep, male and female, in the following categories: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

Both 5k runs are flat and fast with scenic views of Cartersville farmland and the historic Etowah Indian Mounds.
The majority of the bike course winds along country roads with some fast portions and a few rolling hills.
Riders will roll by farmland, wide-open fields and portions of the Etowah River.
